About Jack Frost
A winter showstopper, Jack Frost stands tall at approximately 48cm, giving him an impressive and comforting presence. He is crafted from exceptionally soft plush fabric, while his nose and inner ears are made from mohair for a luxurious textural contrast.
His full jointing and ultra-suede pads and paws highlight classic teddy-bear artistry, and he wears a grey satin ribbon layered with a metallic over-ribbon to capture his frosted aesthetic.
Jack Frost is limited to a special edition of just 12 bears and is supplied with a hand-numbered certificate of authenticity.

We recommend washing Jack Frost in warm soapy water. Jack Frost can be gently brushed and blow dried with cool air. We don't recommend submerging in water.

However, over a lifetime, they may need some TLC. After purchasing Jack Frost, if it needs structural repair (eg. seams that have come undone, an unravelled nose, or loose eyes), we will repair free of charge.
If there has been accidental damage (we know how much your pets like our products!) then we can quote for a repair. In either instance please contact us with images and we can talk you through next steps.
