Our Products
All Canterbury Bear’s products are hand-made and may vary in small ways from the images on the website. The exact pattern, colour or finish of the final bear may vary slightly from the image on your screen. We make every effort to ensure that our images are always accurate and any deviations are rare but colours can display differently due to computer screen settings. We are always happy for you to visit our workshop (please contact us to arrange) and may be able to send material samples upon request.
The Legal Stuff
Each of the provisions contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as being independent of every other and if any provision contained in the terms and conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to the limitations on liability, such determination shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the terms and conditions which shall continue in effect.
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland and Wales you may also bring proceedings in Scotland and Wales.
Our website is operated and controlled from the United Kingdom and these terms and conditions and your use of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England.
