Delivery

All products with the exception of Bespoke,  purchased through the website are dispatched within 36 hours of your order being placed and typically at UK addresses 3-5 days from dispatch.  If you live overseas this may take a little longer.  If any item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.

Bespoke Canterbury Bears products are handmade to order and can take several weeks to complete. Please let us know if there is a special date you require your bespoke bear for and we will always try to have the bear delivered by then whenever possible.
